Neel turned one on April 22nd. He's a sweet little guy who loves to smile and play. Neel enjoyed his birthday. He loved birthday hats, but wasn't quite sure what to do with cake. Nicholas, being an old pro, loved the cake and loved trying to help Neel with his presents.
