We haven't had much snow this winter, but at least the weather has been cold enough to keep the ponds frozen and a bit of white in the woods. We took the boys skating today. Nicholas continues to get faster on the ice. Now we just need to teach him how to "glide" on his skates. We unfortunately lost one of Donovan's skates, so he spent most of his time exploring the edge of the pond or watching Nicholas skate.
Last weekend we took the boys for a walk on the Appalacian Trail. They both enjoyed being able to walk on the trails - though it was quite icy in some spots.
We've also been working to finish u a quilt for our nephew Max. Finally, we've finished it. Hopefully Max enjoys it... Donovan and Nicholas are pretty excited about it.
Finally, here are a couple of pictures from my visit with Ray, Malu, Neel, and Hael earlier this month. It was great to spend some time with all of them.
