Hot Weekend

Nicholas continues to love to read. His most recent favorite is a book from cousin Neel, "Mr. Brown Can Moo". Since receiving the book, Nicholas has been running around the house with lots of new noises, the favorite of which is: "boom, boom, boom".


Over the hot weekend, we had dinner on the porch. Nicholas loved the pasta...

We spent the weekend trying to stay cool at Storr's Pond and at the Ompompanoosic River. Nicholas was fearless until he slipped into the river. He was a bit more cautious after that and had a lot of fun watching minnows and playing in the shallows.

And, of course, bathtime with Daddy is a great way to end the day.
