We had a very quiet and relaxed Christmas at our house. Our holiday festivities started at the beginning of December when Nana and Bapa came to visit us. They happened to come on the weekend that Santa visits the children of Hanover - which was pretty exciting for the kids.

After getting our tree with Nana and Bapa, we received a visit each night from our elf Meep. (Nicholas named him 2 years ago when he first arrived.) Meep shows up in a different place each night - and was found eating cherry crisp, and swinging from Doug's birthday decorations, among other locations throughout the house...
