Fall 2015

Here is brief recap of our fall. Overall, beautiful weather and lots of fun outside, a few birthdays, and a trip to Nana and Bapa's house.

Donovan turned 7 at the beginning of October!

We had some airline miles that we had to use, so we flew to Annapolis for a very action packed weekend in October. Along with lots of time for dress-up, we also made it to the Air and Space Museum, the Baltimore Aquarium, and Sandy Point State Park.

Back at home, we celebrated Halloween with two ghosts and a penguin. The boys were able to carve their pumpkins all by themselves this year.

We also took many beautiful walks in the woods this fall. The kids really enjoy walks along rivers - usually they are up to their knees in the water, but now they are content to just play at the edge.

Nicholas turned 9 in the middle of November!

We have had record warm temperatures through December. The pictures below were taken on December 12th, and it was warm enough to play at the edge of the water, in sandals.

Finally, Doug turned 39 a few weeks ago!
He celebrated with Grandma Shoulberg's lemon meringue pie!
